Find available roles in our Job List. Select the roles that align with your referral's superpowers. Choose a vacancy, click "Refer a Friend", enter the candidate's details, and provide your own information.
Confirmation
Email
Both you and your referral will receive a confirmation email.
Recruiter
Review
Our recruiters will connect with your referral if they're a match for our open roles.

Successful Hire
Notification
You'll be notified when your referral joins our team and completes their probation period.
Receive Your

We'll request your bank details for the reward payout.

What You Need to Know: Terms and Conditions.
The referral must be a new candidate to our database.
Referral fee is paid if the referred candidate is hired and successfully completes their probation period.
Refer as many candidates as you want, but submit each referral separately. One form, one candidate.
Your referral remains linked to you for six months. If someone else has already referred them, the reward goes to the original scout.
Referrals must be submitted through thе official website – no shortcuts
Referral payments will be processed within 30 days after your referral completes their probation period.
Any applicable taxes are your responsibility.
